Top Accountabilities
Develop 3 Year Innovations Strategy
Build 3-5 Year Innovation Pipeline (both product ideas, as well as innovative business approaches that unlocks new revenue streams)
Lead Monthly Gatekeeping/ Innovation Reviews
Work with brand teams & customer marketing teams towards innovation commercialization, as well as sustaining the innovations post launch year
What You Need To Bring To This Role
A minimum 5-8 years of relevant innovation brand experiences in FMCG industry
Ability to build an innovative mindset & culture
Able to reframe and turn possibilities into commercial reality
Transformational & highly entrepreneurial "start-up" leader - someone who can build a brand from nothing - pioneering, big & bold in vision, relentless & resilient
Demonstrated track record of managing an agenda of multiple priorities, stakeholders and juggling multiple projects and a complex project pipeline
Expert at dealing with ambiguity and complexity and proactively uses these moments to display leadership and take control
An expert in collaboration across functional team and agencies.
