Job Description
We're looking for an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer who will provide tier one and tier two technical support for the operation of the Global Operations Command Center in Quezon City, Philippines, in accordance with established goals and procedures. The analyst will complete activities associated with providing the 24/7/365 operations required to maintain Manulife's infrastructure and IT services by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing events and incidents and completing service requests and BAU tasks.

Responsibilities
Monitor infrastructure components on-premises and in the cloud
Perform daily system activities
Jointly with a team provide 24/7 operational services
First and second level support for issues related to infrastructure including IaaS and PaaS components
Perform system checks and basic maintenance plans
Troubleshoot system operating problems and determine the cause of system interruptions.
Assist Infrastructure/DevOps/Application Teams in creating and handling monitoring and troubleshooting tasks
Assist in the coordination and resolution of incidents
Document procedures
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting applications in production environments running on Linux or Windows
Experience in working with IaaS and PaaS in Microsoft Azure such as Managed SQL web apps, etc.
Preferably knowledge in SQL administration and IIS administration
Knowledge in Incident Management and Problem Management
Relevant experience from working in DevOps organizations
AZ900, AZ104 or ITIL V3 Certification is a plus
Work Arrangement: Full Onsite Set-up
Schedule: 24x7 rotating shift
