The Infrastructure Engineer III reports directly to the Infrastructure Technical Lead and Sr. Manager Infrastructure
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Design and implement high availability Microsoft windows in a 24/7 datacenter enterprise environment.
Design and implement of VMWare ESX server environment
Update, Design and Support Active Directory.
Design and Deploy clustered Servers
Perform system tuning and upgrade management to achieve optimum performance
Automate management tasks, streamline processes, and improve reliability in the infrastructure environment
Play a supplemental role in developing, implementing, and executing disaster recovery plans
Conduct hardware and software audits for compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, and configurations guidelines
Leads projects as assigned by Manager.
Independently utilizes resources (knowledgebases, online resources, etc) to research solutions for difficult problems.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support on the infrastructure scope including manufacturing & supply chain infrastructure
Server and Client Machine Vulnerabilities Scanning and remediation
Server and Client Machine Patch Management
Facilitate IT reports required by the business for analysis
Identify training needs and conduct formal training sessions to ensure that all team members have a thorough understanding of the departmental processes
Advance Working Knowledge of Microsoft windows 2012, 2016 and 2019 servers
Advance working knowledge of Office 365 infra-administration and support
Advance knowledge of systems security functions
Ability to design Fiber SAN Fabric environment.
Possess the ability to write batch files to automate process.
PowerShell scripting skills
Awareness of Citrix technologies
Excellent understanding of TCP/IP based networks
Remote management experience respected
LINUX and UNIX experience respected
Dell hardware experience respected
Understanding and knowledge of DNS/DHCP servers
Highly responsive and proven professionalism in communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain in depth knowledge of security and networking infrastructure utilized by the company including the management and reporting of each

Requirements
Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
Must have any of the certification: MCSE, MCP, MCTS, MCITP, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), RHCT, RHCE, RHCSA
ITIL Certification preferred
VMware VCP Preferred
Amazon Web Service (AWS) Preferred
Experience working in a global Manufacturing environment is a plus
Experience with Virtualization: VMWare/Hyper-V/AWS
Experience with Datacenter operations.
Experience with Windows Active Directory domain structure
Experience moving on prem hosting environment to Cloud environments like AWS/Azure.
Experience with Backup solutions (Backup-Exec, etc.)
Experience with SAN Storage and SAN Switches.
Experience with Citrix XenApp.
Experience with Office 365
Minimum of 6 year of hands on with Server-side System Administration and strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills required
