Job Description: Infra Tech Support Practitioner
 
Role Overview:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting production systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and implementing solutions at the operating system level to ensure smooth server and network operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for systems and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
Implement and manage technology across server areas at the operating system level.
Ensure smooth operation of configured services running on multiple platforms.
What You Bring:
Required Skill: Expertise in Infrastructure Monitoring.
Must-Have: Proficiency in Japanese.
Good-to-Have: Experience with Server Operating Systems x86.
Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of hardware/software solutions.
Familiarity with server environments and operating systems.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring.
Strong background in IT Operations or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

Onsite in Cebu City
