We are distributed across multiple offices with more than 500 employees, primarily in Calabasas (Southern California), San Diego, Woodridge (Chicago) and Pleasanton (Bay Area). We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe.
Overview:
Working with the PlanetArt marketing team, the Influencer Outreach Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and communicating with potential YouTube and TikTok Influencer Marketing partners. We're looking for an excellent English-speaking communicator who can engage with influencers over email or through direct messaging on YouTube and TikTok. The main goal being to engage influencers and convince them to promote our product.
What You'll Do:
Perform influencer prospecting based on our qualification criteria.
Conduct initial prospect engagement for potential partnership and campaign-setting purposes. Communicate product features and partnership benefits to leads and interact professionally.
Manage CRM details in Excel Workbook and CRM platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and social media research teams.
Must Have:
EXCELLENT ENGLISH WRITING SKILLS
Ability to work 8 AM - 6 PM US Pacific Time (Monday - Friday)
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Influencer Outreach Specialist (or a position relevant to the job) with an emphasis on lead generation and/or sales automation or customer service management
Experience working within the marketing industry is preferred
Strong analytical abilities
