Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of interdepartment communication, compliance, and performance metrics
Creation and management of escalation, feedback, process improvements, policies, documentation systems, schedules, and supply chain
Finding and resolving risks, issues, and overall improvement opportunities
Maintains safety, security, orderliness, and cleanliness at the workplace
Regular performance feedback and reporting
Job Specifications:
Graduate of BS Industrial/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Knowledgeable in spreadsheet, systems thinking, and process improvement.
Strong comprehension and analytical skills.
Preferred with basic Javascript or Python coding experience.
Experience in system design and project management is an advantage.
