Job Summary:
We are seeking for a dynamic, self-motivated and process-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for review, development, and improvement of processes in the deliveries and dispatching of items while maintaining the set delivery KPI to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Retrieves data and records to determine current operational procedures
Conduct operational gap analysis
Participate in departmental meetings to discuss and understand goals, solutions and performance
Identifies process improvements to increase departmental goals, solutions and performance
Develops reports to measure departmental performance
Updates processes in the duality documentation system to ensure they are up to date
Monitor team performance against company standards and department goals; regular audit of shipment documents
Daily follow-up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively both verbally and writing with client managers
Escalate any unresolved issues or risks before they materially impact with the company
Work closely with the departments to deliver high level of services to customers
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
· Degree holder in Industrial Engineering
· Minimum of 1 year of Industrial Engineering experience in any industry, preferably in logistics but fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
· Experience and knowledge in Transportation sales, Supply Chain Management is an advantage
· Analytical and Process oriented who has the ability to understand customer needs and requirements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Team player, passionate and results-driven approach
Location: San Dionisio, Paranaque City
