Job Description
Responsible in computation of Machine Capacity Vs Sales Plan to determine machine with complete schedule, with partial run, and machine with no schedule to balance and maximize full utilization of plant capacity (production run sequence, sales priorities, exclusives and rush orders, SR);
Responsible in weekly creating and distributing of Master Production Scheduling Plan (MPSP) from Knitting to Finishing Sections;
Responsible in daily monitoring of scheduled items for deliver per brand per stock no. per store;
Monitor per brand daily status of production runs through actual rounds from Knitting to Finishing to ensure job orders are process and meet each corresponding due dates;
Coordinates with concern Production Department and Sales & Marketing Department regarding status of weekly MPSP through tool box meeting;
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Industrial Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
