Job Description
Prepare and monitor schedules of delivery and/or installation, ensures that all at the designation site location on time and submit their daily time record on time
Prepare layout for new project to Site Supervisor and Installers.
Check accuracy of Installation Report, Installers Itinerary and Reimbursement Report.
Monitors project status and submit necessary report.
Keep records of tools used by installers, ensuring that it is good working condition.
Prepare and check Sub-Con billings.
Prepare COC's and budget for Out of Town Installation works.
Coordinate with clients regarding delivery (date, time, work details) and work permit if necessary.
Collaborate with project engineers and client staff to better meet project needs.
Design systems to coordinate activities and production planning.
Job Qualification
Graduate of Industrial Engineering
At least 1 to 2 years experience in the same field
Must be very organized, keen in details, team player and ability to work under periodic pressure of project deadlines
Must be able to solve or put forth a strong effort to resolve problems without supervision
Must be able to communicate well between company divisions
Must be well rounded and carry a dynamic skill-set
