Job Description
● To act as support in the project assigned to his/her and to do tasks needed to ensure that the objectives of the project are achieved.
● Perform operational process analysis and standardization, specifications, and other related information.
● Perform time and motion studies to determine personnel requirements per process area and develop standard manning.
● Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
● Manage process documentation
● Completes other tasks related to the project
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering course
- Must have one (1) year work experience
- Has experience in conducting time and motion studies, manning studies, and process analysis and standardization studies
- Has basic knowledge in process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio, Draw.io, etc.)
- Willing to be based in Iligan City, Northern Mindanao
- Must be detail and process oriented
- Must possess high critical and analytical skills
