Responsibilities:
· Contact companies to offer IT manpower services; prospecting, profiling and contacting possible clients and account management
· Endorsement of IT candidates and manage hired consultants to company clients
· Coordinate with recruitment team for clients' requirements
· Provide after-sales support to clients with deployed IT personnel
· Achieve Sales Quota
Qualifications:
· Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or any courses related to sales
· With at least 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts management
· Preferably with experience in I.T. manpower management
· With excellent communication skills and computer literate
· With personal laptop/desktop to use during work from home and with at least 10 mbps WiFi connection
· Candidate must be a team player, professional, people and result-oriented
· Willing to work in a hybrid work set up (temporary once a week on-site at Mandaluyong office)
Employment Status:
· Will be given an initial 5-month contract and with a possibility of regularization depending on the sales performance
· Initial salary is PhP 19,000 per month and with opportunity of commission benefits
