We're currently looking for:Income Tax Analyst
RingCentral is growing rapidly and expanding our Tax Department! We have a position open for an Income Tax Analyst. This position will be responsible for performing a wide range of tax and regulatory related functions in income tax compliance and audit for RingCentral's US and International operations. This will include international income tax filing support, estimated tax payments, tax provision support and US Federal and State tax support. This position will help compile, extrapolate, organize and analyze data in Excel, assist with audits, tax component of Statutory Financial Statements, and assist with special projects and data requests. This position will also assist with review, data gathering, and reconciliation processes related to the US and international tax filings.
Job Description:
Compliance:
Support international tax filings. Forecast the cash tax for the year for international tax filings.
Support with tracking estimated tax payments to tax authorities and invoices.
Assist with tax review, and other informational filings and payments.
Maintain and update, research and respond to questions relating to international tax filings.
Audits:
Prepare and provide documentation to support any requests from tax authorities.
Provide information to successfully complete tax component of FS audits and any tax audits.
Engage and provide auditors with supporting documentation.
Compile, extrapolate, analyze and evaluate audit exposure, provide recommendations to management.
Other:
Assist with other tax related analysis, research and special projects.
Assist with fixed assets analysis and reconciliation for tax depreciation for international compliance.
Assist with special projects as and when required.

Desired skills and experiences:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
2 - 3+ years of experience working in corporate tax or Finance department. Additional training can be provided to the right candidate who may belight on experience but has a great attitude.
Advanced proficiency in Excel is required
Ability to compile, extrapolate and analyze data sets in Excel
Experience in using Microsoft Access, Net Suite and Tableau is a plus
Experience in Direct Tax compliance is a plus
Work well under pressure, ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Detail oriented, organized, ability to plan
Ability to understand and analyze complex issues
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with management and co-workers
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams (i.e. Accounting, legal, engineering, marketing, etc.)
Amenable to work on US hours (night shift)
