Measures of success -
In three months:
. Develop strong understanding of the daily operations of digital content planning, and benchmarking across INCA different clients.
. Develop strong internal relationships with key stakeholders, such as GroupM Agency team, finance team, payment gateway vendor and media vendors.
. Understand the value of administrative support for the INCA team - especially with the media system, benchmarking, accreditation process and billings.
In six months:
. Proficiency in negotiating influencer rates based on CPV/E benchmarks and finalizing contracts along with relevant documents and legal requirements
. Mastery in checking and identifying correctness of billings from media vendors and non-direct influencers
. Improved working relationship and rapport with key persons in various GroupM finance team, client, and payment gateway vendor
In 12 months:
. Proactive in all INCA administrative requirements and ability to propose ideas and processes that will improve the administrative functions.
. Spearhead any conversation related to influencer rates and inventory and finance process.
. Maintain good relationship with media vendors and payment gateway vendor to handle any discussion on billing, payments and contracting.
. Take ownership of the daily operational functions of the INCA team for L'Oreal team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Inquiry and negotiation of KOL rates guided by CPV/E benchmarks ensuring that the scope of work covers the deliverables approved by the client for the campaign
. Develop and finalize KOL contracts, along with all relevant documents and legal requirements needed, and monitor deliverables including usage rights
. Legal and dashboard compliance guardian ensuring all relevant campaign data and information are up to date
. Maintain quality and quantity of list of KOL inventory and directory
. Ensure regular tracking of budgets & spends and timely processing of payments via close coordination with payment gateway vendor
. Assists the Business Unit lead in creating monthly reports regarding billing, payments and spends to preferred payment gateway vendor
. Prepares monthly billing and revenue report for INCA
. Reconcile discrepancies with actual plan and implementation orders
. Maintain synergized cross-department working relationship with finance teams and payment gateway vendor.
