Manage a large volume of inbound leads received via phone, email and the website
Conduct proactive and consultative sales process with all leads to determine their needs
Demonstrate full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings and can clearly communicate them to the clients
Record tickets in the customer service pipeline for all product or service problems
Provide product/service information
Identify the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications/ requirements and appraising new product ideas
Database management - recording all enquiries and notes into the CRM
Answering customer service emails, enquiries, tickets and chat support
Prepare and issue price outlines for enquiries that have been made
Minimum 2-years sales or customer service experience
Proven experience in a sales or customer service support environment,
Preferably working with international customers where English is the language medium
