ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound Logistics Role 80% :
Coordinate with forwarders/warehouses/transport companies for inbound delivery organization
Ensure supply will be delivered into the warehouse (France & Netherlands) on the committed date to supply planning team
Coordinate with customs broker and compliance specialist for importation
Minimize port storage, demurrage, and detention charges
Monitor EDI performance for inbounds
Perform Oracle transaction to align inbound in ERP system
Monitor inbound and warehouse damages
Initialize claims process against service providers for inbound and warehouse damages.
Work with Inventory control team member in resolving inventory issues related to inventory movement in warehouse and oracle
UAT participation on company projects/initiatives
Adhoc tasks as assigned by manager
RMA (Return Material Authorization) Specialist Role 20% :
Coordinate with transport logistics specialist and technical support representative to collect and return RMA to warehouse
RMA transaction and RMA case updating
Non-nettable inventory monitoring and action execution
Materials Review Board (MRB) case creation and coordination
UAT participation on company projects/initiatives
Adhoc tasks as assigned by manager
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably, Engineering (Industrial), Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Experience working with offshore team
Required skill(s): Fluency in English, Excellent in managing Spreadsheets for Reports, Good Organization skills, Process Oriented
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proficient with MS Office Applications esp. Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge and experience in the use of Oracle or any ERP systems
Superior written and oral communication and collaboration skills, and can deal with executives and business leaders
Excellent listening and comprehension skills for complex issues
Process oriented and trainable
Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask technical issues and maintain a high level of organization and process discipline
Demonstrated an ability to take initiative and be proactive
Possess leadership skills, self-starter
Flexible to changes and be able to adapt quickly
Organized and very keen to details

Must be willing to work on mid-shift (European Shift)
