Oversee Receiving Shipment - responsible for the loading and unloading of materials and product, as well as verifying the following;
Quantity of items received against invoices or import documents.
Quality or condition of the actual items receiving (Good or Defective)
Ensure the proper labeling of the receiving materials
Oversee Shipping/Outbound Shipment - Fulfilling orders, packaging items for shipment and arranging delivery pickups based on the Client's requirements.
Organizing Storage Areas - responsible for organizing how and where the materials are stored, that can create an efficient system for inbound and outbound activities.
Inventory Monitoring - Ensure that have a high inventory accuracy; as well verifying the following;
Weekly/Monthly Cycle Counting
All of the materials must be input on the WMS (MIDAS)
Ensure all of the materials have the PALLET ID labels.
Customer Service - Attend all of the customer's inquiries and complaint, and response immediately.
Reports - Sending all of the reports required by the customers and superiors.
Educational backgroun atleast college level
Atleast 2 years experience in warehouse and logistics industry
Must have a minimal supervisory skills and good decision making
Know how to manage and handle customers
Willing to work overtime and flexible schedule
Knowledgeable in MS Office programs, such as Word and Excel
Knowledgeable and capable to operate inventory control systems
Capable in monitoring the warehouse inventory timely
Have an experience on inventory cycle counting and orgranizing storage areas
Understaning large-scale organization systems
Managing multiple projects simultaneously
