Recruitment Background
The Company will sell IN LINE Inspection System (equipment) to manufacturing companies.
They also provide maintenance services.
However, currently, they are not able to send engineers from Malaysia to the Philippines.
Therefore, they are planning to hire an Engineer in the Philippines.
Since they don't have an office at the moment, therefore, the candidate will basically be working from home and visiting clients.
However, there will be some business trips to Malaysia.
Machine installation, Repair, and Maintenance experience of Inspection machine.
Job Description
General service engineering work related to inspection equipment and thickness gauges for Philippine customers.
Commissioning, inspection, and repair of inspection equipment and thickness gauges.
(cable connection, adjustment of industrial cameras and lighting, PC operation, etc.)
Consult with customers via phone, email, remote PC connection, and repair work.
If necessary, they will respond to remote support from Malaysia.
Can connect electrical cables of industrial equipment.
Understand AC/DC and power. Can use a tester. Ability to use an oscilloscope.
Can read mechanical and electrical drawings.
Can convert between binary, decimal, and hexadecimal numbers.
Can convert between units. Easy conversion of units: μm K M G T.
Can use tools. Screwdriver, nippers, hexagonal wrench, measuring tape, etc.
Knowledge of PC (Windows) (hardware, software, network), ability to troubleshoot to some extent.
Can create reports in Excel and Word.
Possible to an overseas business trip
Can work in high places / narrow places / high temperatures / dirty places in the factory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Electrical Engineer or Registered Mechanical Engineer
5 years of Machine installation, Repair, and Maintenance experience of Inspection machine
Actual experience in Optical Flaw Inspection System / Printed Web Inspection System / X-Ray Thickness Gauge
