IN-HOUSE PROPERTY SALES SPECIALIST
 
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday
Work Location: Lapu-lapu City
Pay Range: P 25,000 per month
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Connections: Builds and fosters networks to maintain a professional relationship with clients. Maintain strong relationships with prospective and current buyers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Marketing Roadshow: Conduct sales saturation drives to promote projects. Schedules site tripping and various promotional campaigns for the particular project.
Seal the Deal: Close sales with confidence. Assist buyers with the submission and completion of all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Achieve monthly sales quota as required within the duration of the contract.
Stay Ahead: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to buyers and contribute to the company's strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Education: Completed any College/Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Preferably with relevant work experience in sales in the real estate industry
Personality: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with focus on closing sales and fostering client relationships
People Skills: Can work with a team and has a high sense of responsibility and self-motivation
