Mainly work inside the office
Organize and create documentation of any repairs, client concerns and solutions
Schedule field electronics engineers for preventive maintenances, repairs and check ups
Coordinate with technical department, sales department , management, and clients regarding client concerns or complaints
File and monitor documents and technical department schedule
Does basic troubleshooting via telecommunication
With good customer service attitude
ECE or ECT licensed (preferred)
