A day in the life of...
A Transition Specialist participates in transition projects across Nestle centers and markets, ensuring that transition deliverables are generated on time and with the required quality based on Nestle Standard.
Assist in preparation activities for the project, including Project Charter and Business plan
Prepare project status reporting, dashboards and relevant measures required
Participate in transition reviews, identify project key risks / concerns / issues and take appropriate actions to resolve them. Includes ensuring/ controlling pre-hiring in the NBS centers and controlling the onboarding and training process, it also includes Governance meetings
Monitor transition progress to ensure all deliverables (work shadowing, train the trainee, ramp-up) meet quality, timing, budget and methodology requirements
Contribute to the development of the transition framework and solution framework
What will make you successful
Bachelor's degree graduate
3-5 years Operational Experience at relevant functions
Experience with large scale and complex transformation projects
Has experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives
Experience in costing framework of shared service including ABC drivers and charge back mechanism
Should have strong influencing and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of relevant business unit and partner requirements
Has the ability to work effectively in a complex environment and to build strong professional relationship
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Has the ability to handle multiple tasks and pressure
