IMPORT STAFF | OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
Perform inventory check and release international PO.
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
Arrange international shipment and customs clearing
Assist broker to clear the shipments from international suppliers
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
Requirements:
Work experience as a Logistics staff, or similar role
Knowledge of logistics and importaton or transport management systems
At least 1 year experience.
Basic accounting knowledge, Peach tree system is of advantage
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills
