Meet and exceed operational budgets within agreed timescales, while improving or maintaining current margins, to be achieved by monitoring, measuring and reporting all operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements and providing progress reports to immediate manager on a monthly basis.
Develop constructive relationships with key customers and key offices, resolving any concerns and ensuring corrective action is taken.
Negotiating documented agreements for the delivery and management of products and commodities.
Maintain effective communication and relationship with overseas agents.
Identify and provide early warning of likely issues and problems that could have an adverse effect on deadlines, and where possible, develop solutions to reduce the impact.
Liaise where appropriate with customer service and sales departments to resolve any conflicting issues raised by customers and/or figures.
Plan, direct and control all import activities on a day-to-day basis.
Manage and develop direct reporting staff, in conjunction with performance appraisals, focus on training requirements and general development to meet business needs
Graduate of any Finance, Business, or any related course
Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in imports, customs brokerage, or compliance required.
5 or more years of progressively responsible related experience in imports required.
Has strong bility to organize, analyze, interpret and evaluate problems
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Administration and Coordination Automotive 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
