Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Obtain close coordination of PO call-off and shipping documents.
Maintain updated an accurate import monitoring summary (IMS) & Import tracking tool (ITT)
Respond to client's inquiry with urgency.
Submit on time reportorial need by client.
Monitor validity date and application or import permit.
Coordinating with warehouse for computation of AWS charges.
Check accuracy of shipping documents send by suppliers
Graduate of any 4-year business course
With at least 1 year experience in Customer Service/Brokerage
Proficient in MS application (MS Word, MS excel)
