FIS is looking for a Mortgage Loan Analyst to join our Implementations team. This position will work with our banking clients across the US to manage and execute successful data and system conversions. Are you a highly motivated, self-starting analytical thinker? WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be at the core of changing the way the world banks. You're responsible for working directly with clients, network teams and others across the organization to drive successful client-facing implementations. You will be a Mortgage Loan SME to our clients, helping them learn our product and coaching them through setup and integration. You will develop an understanding of, and define, client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs.

Communicating directly with Senior level managers at the client site, dynamically formulating a plan for conversion success.
Conduct data analysis, product mapping and interviews with the client.
Assess the requirements for software utilization and discusses any software customization requirements with programming team.
Share data mapping with programmers recommending possible programming corrections.
As part of the conversion process, tests customized software against customer specific needs sharing reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how conversion data will be processed. Reviews conversion results (reports, balancing, data load, software changes) with client to refine and confirm requirements.
Will work extensively on balancing all monetary fields with the client.
Will examine client processes, forms and reports to determine the operational needs and documents with respect to how these items will be used after conversion is complete.
WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of Mortgage Loan experience or system conversion experience, preferably within financial services. You will also have excellent relationship building skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with various departments and clients. In addition, you will have:
Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and concise professional manner
Requires advanced working knowledge of FIS systems as well as the industries in which FIS competes for business
Ability to understand, apply and explain concepts
Ability to handle project commensurate with job expectations
Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
Social, negotiation and documentation skillset
High attention to detail
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skillset
Ability to work with MS Excel
Financial technology industry experience a plus!
