We are looking for an Implementation Manager/Senior Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. You will lead a team of people responsible for different customer implementation projects, reporting to the Professional Services Team Lead and supported by the Project Manager / Office function.
Your main tasks will include project leadership and coordination, communicating with Customer decision-makers, performing detailed requirements analyses, documenting processes, and liaising with the Implementation team, and having a responsibility to bring Project to a successful launch.
You will be well versed in documenting requirements, you'll be technical and business savvy, collaborative, and truly excited about the Oradian cloud-based offerings. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, excellent communicator, and strong solution orientation, and a can-do attitude.
Applicants must have a solid understanding of SaaS businesses and implementation experience. The successful candidate will be based in Manila and will travel 50% of their time throughout the Philippines and possibly Southeast Asia to handle hands-on implementation with our customers. Along with your peers, you'll work on difficult problems; conducting detailed process analysis of all customer operations; mentor other team members, and assist with complex decisions.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
Project leadership and coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute the project, in any undertaking that has a defined scope, defined start, and defined finish
Project communication and escalation
Stakeholder management
Oversee training sessions and demos for customer's key users and administrators
Handling change requests
Monitoring and management of a roll-out strategy
Monitoring and assistance in Go Live and post-Go-live phase
Manage handover to Support
Engage with customers' senior management to ensure a smooth transition to Oradian toolset;
Champion Oradian's best practice approach within the financial inclusion industry and communicate it to customers;
Engage with the product team about feature requirements and priorities for ongoing implementation projects
Supporting project managers, especially in regard to risks, issues, and dependencies to find solutions to keep the project healthy
Team Management
Coordination across projects
Work with the project manager to plan customer meetings and team travel
Communication (information consolidation and dissemination)
Identify training needs and measure progress
Business Analysis
Ensure that all requirements of the customer are captured and analysed
Identify the key problems and pain points of the customer and recommend the most optimum solution so that the customer's organization achieves its objectives
Analysis and documentation of customer's business requirements (business processes, products, and other services terms)
Other Responsibilities
Following the agreed process for Implementation
Providing market insights and recommendations to support overall Oradian's business growth
Promoting Oradian culture and living Oradian values
Highlighting and identifying challenges proactively
Attending Professional Services meetings (regular weekly meetings, ad hoc meeting, etc)
Responding timely to all written and verbal communication
Qualifications and experience
At least five years of work experience in the implementation of Core Banking Systems
Detailed technical knowledge of at least one area of financial institutions' operations
Experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions
Experience providing technical/customer support
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Proven track record of working in a high-growth environment
Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
