We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to join our fast-growing implementation teams. The Implementation Analyst is responsible for overseeing the custom design, configuration, delivery, and execution of HICX software to our customers.
You will be a part of a team responsible for implementing a supplier information management solution in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment for complex, global customers.
The Implementation Analyst will assist customers with the implementation and use of our software products, acting as a subject matter expert on business process, configuration, and technical capabilities with our software. You have a keen interest in technology, enthusiasm to work with technical developers, and a willingness to get hands dirty with SQL queries and scripts.

Key responsibilities include:
Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for customers.
Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies.
Help manage the integration deliverables associated with implementation projects.
Facilitate troubleshooting and communication with other internal team members.
Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.
Requirements
Required: 2 years minimum experience in a technical role using SQL and/or programming language.
Previous experience in data mapping,
Taking part in data migration and system integration projects.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of APIs
Practical knowledge of XML, JSON,
Knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java, C++, C#, .NET, Python etc.
Good understanding of modern multi-tier application architectures.
Familiarity with the data model of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Attitude:

Ability to talk with technical and non-technical stakeholders and team members
Analytical mindset, focused on problem-solving

Ability to work independently or under a little supervision
