Acquire BPO is currently looking for an Immigration Recruiter to support us, RingCentral:
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Immigration Recruiting:
Resume review for candidates who apply in response to adds posted for PERM/GC Cases;
Posting and tracking jobs online and on RC website for PERM recruitment campaigns;
Placing advertisements with local newspapers, state job order websites and other outside sources as required by PERM regulations and tracking postings;
Collecting and keeping records of postings and applications for PERM files;
Contacting and screening applicants and scheduling interviews with managers as needed;
Keeping thorough recruitment records to document resume receipt, review, contact with candidates and detailed reasons for not hiring candidates;
Communicating with vendors as needed to ensure ads are placed properly and RC has record of postings;
Tracking and uploading documents to immigration portal to ensure records are kept;
To perform other tasks as may be required from time to time by the Company
