Immigration Administration Associate
Position Summary
The Immigration Administration Associate (IAA) supports the immigration team. The IAA is responsible for administrative duties, communication with SIRVA's suppliers, and other assigned duties, on all files in the immigration team's case load. The IAA has minimal contact with clients and relocating employees, but extensive contact with internal stakeholders and is an integral part of the service delivery team. The IAA must have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and meeting deadlines associated with multiple tasks whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Service Engine assistance - setting up files, processing PRFs and supplier invoices, assisting with administrative updates of SE for the Immigration Specialists, uploading documents etc

Financial process management - responsible for managing certain payments as part of the immigration process and regular reconciliation of the credit card to ensure that all transactions can be allocated to a file for processing

Monitoring general inbox and allocating work to Immigration Specialists

Other responsibilities as necessary to support the Immigration Specialist, client specific tasks and customer demands including assisting to draft immigration paperwork on behalf of the Immigration Specialists
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
Minimum 1 year direct relocation experience is preferred, or at least 3 years related customer service experience
Previous international or intercultural experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Secondary language skills a plus
Proficient in MS Office programs
Must be detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Must be able to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced office environment
Education and Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
