Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson Philippines is growing! As such, we are currently looking for an ICT Program Director/Manager to support projects in our Digital Services business area.
To be successful in this role candidates require demonstrated experience leading technical teams and, ideally, will have also led teams through a digitization process, including the replacement of legacy tools and sophisticated manual processes. Also required is an extensive set of technical and business skills, including a long and proven practice of customer facing, presentations, engagements and consultative skills.
In this role you will need to have experience in engaging customers as a Core 3 member of account team from pre-sales through the implementation and conclusion stages of the project.
Responsibilities:
Drive large and complex customer project engagements
Have responsibility and ability to work on Presales and Tenders
Overall management of all project activities (scope, time, costs and quality)
Management of execution and mitigating risks of project contractual agreements
Lead customer and stakeholder engagements with key customers
Management of project financials
OH&S responsibilities
To be successful in the role you are/have;
A relevant tertiary qualification or comparable working experience
10+ years' experience, within the Telco/Systems Integration Industry driving IT and Network transformation programs or projects of high complexity
Record of accomplishments in leading Digital Services type of Pre-Sales, Delivery, Release and Organizational Change
Experience building robust customer relationships and driving up sales opportunities
Demonstrated ability to work both in Pre-sales and Delivery and take ownership for cost estimation and delivery strategy
Experience in working with Telco 3rd party service partners and collaborating to deliver business outcome as agreed in contract
Passion for promoting knowledge sharing and mentoring
