Responsibilities:
1. Supervise/Coordinate installation of HVAC and other mechanical works.
2. Ensures proper preparation of drawings inspection and initialing each deviation or revision as well as certifies its accuracy
3. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of on-site HVAC construction coordination.
5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
6. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
7. Ensure resource availability and allocation
8. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
9. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
10. Report and escalate to management as needed
11. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
12. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
13. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
14. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
15. Perform other related duties as assigned
16. Assist the HVAC Engineer and HVAC Senior Engineer
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven working experience in project management in the HVAC industry
3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
5. Preferably obtained with Safety and Health Certificate.
6. strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
7. Willing to work on-site.
8. Strong mechanical aptitude
9. Preferably has an experience in Chillers, VRF, HVAC, and FCU
