We are hiring for an HVAC & Kitchen Technician.
As an HVAC & Kitchen Technician, we rely you to:
Be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of all Hotel Air Conditioning System & Kitchen Equipment to comply with company standards satisfactory condition.
Familiarize with the location and operation of all the hotel air conditioning and refrigerating equipment.
Know the operating parameters of the different types of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment in the hotel and ensures that same is adhered to.
Attend to breakdowns to assist the technicians and give them direction if needed.
Monitor stock and order spare parts for equipment, general consumable parts and materials as needed to maintain minimum stock levels.
Provide technical assistance to other Technicians when required.
Utilize computer applications to perform the tasks required and for documentation.
Perform other tasks and duties as directed or assigned by your immediate supervisors
We are looking for someone who:
Demonstrates awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines.
Knowledgeable with first aid and fire and emergency procedures.
Good communication skills
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Has a Certificate from Technical College in Electricity or Mechanics or equivalent.
With at least 4 years of engineering experience in same field.
