Job Description:
Job Title: Human Resources - Talent Sourcing Recruitment Partner- Assistant Vice President
Location: Manila

The Talent Sourcing Recruitment Partner is responsible for assessing and selecting high quality candidates for their specific business area with the purpose of endorsing candidates and creating short lists of candidates for the business. He/She manages and coordinates the recruitment process according to Talent Sourcing's process guidelines and acts as the point of contact for the business. He/She serves as the first level of escalation for any Talent Sourcing related concerns for the assigned business area.

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to- end hiring process including sourcing (internal and external, vendor management, referrals, etc.), screening cv's, interview and candidate management, stakeholder management, recommending candidates for positions, conducting pre-offer due diligence, offer management, etc. Promoting internal mobility
Coach and motivate direct report/s assigned to him/her
Work with various parts of HR and other functions to ensure proper onboarding of the candidates
Ensure compliance with DB policies and procedures, global and local legislative/regulatory compliance including resident labor market testing requirements
Carry out various elements of talent attraction including executing employer brand strategy, utilizing social media, digital marketing, events and creative communications to enhance the banks employer value proposition
Support and promote execution of DB Diversity strategy and activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resource or equivalent
Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent Presentation and facilitating skills
Proven experience in sourcing and managing end-to-end recruitment
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work in a fast paced environment
