Job Title: Human Resource - Talent Acquisition Enabler - Senior Analyst

Corporate Title Senior Analyst
Human Resource has a key role in the transition to a culture that aligns risks and rewards, attracts and develops talented individuals, fosters teamwork and partnership, and makes a positive contribution to the countries in which we operate. Your role performs onboarding-related tasks from contract generation to probation monitoring while meeting KPI targets and client satisfaction on process delivery. Role develops in-depth knowledge of each phase of the onboarding process including regulatory requirements around background screening and technical aspects related to hire onboarding in Workday. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role.
Your key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding process for Philippines that include the activities of contract generation, background screening initiation, onboarding paperwork collection, hire onboarding in Workday, creation and submission of pay advices to the payroll team, probation monitoring, employee referral award processing, query management and invoicing.
Engage with HR stakeholders and employee population to ensure alignment of actions taken and accuracy of processed data. engage with HR stakeholders and employee population to ensure alignment of actions taken and accuracy of processed data.
Maintain strong and positive engagement with stakeholders from HR, employee population and external vendors.
Contribute in identifying and rolling out efficiencies via process standardization, quick wins, continuous improvements
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resource or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing stakeholders
Proven experience in Human Resources particularly with managing HR Operations and projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
