JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the activities of Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and Payroll.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Performs HRIS Activities. *
*Creates attendance and payroll cutoff.
*Processes Personnel Action Notice (PAN).
*Ensures posting of attendance.
*Process payroll.
*Checks correct employee headcount (new hires, transferred, promoted and separated employees).
*Checks and posts statutory contributions, loans and other deductions.
*Generates Payroll Register and Summary.
*Creates Bank Advice (employees' payout) per company.
*Prepares Debit Advice.
*Views Efficiency Record for issuance of notices and disciplinary actions.
*Processes Statutory Remittances/Payments (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig), bank, company and statutory loans.
*Processes Monthly Withholding Tax Remittance per company.
*Processes Agency Billings.
*Answers queries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education: Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Law
Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Over one (1) year
Other Qualifications:
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Ability to analyze/solve problems and develop creative solutions to human resource issues
Skill in the use of HRIS General knowledge of routine accounting principles and practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to compose written materials Knowledge of office procedures, practices and etiquette With good human relations With pleasing personality
