Human Resources Specialist
 
The position is responsible for manpower sourcing and placement, company orientation, manpower budget and control, performance management and records requirements of employees in the assigned satellite. It shall ensure that all current vacancies in the area are filled up and within budget. It shall monitor and secure the manpower counts of assigned stores, and shall effectively conducts the BCO to all new hires in the satellite.
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral or equivalent
Work Experience and Skills Required
At least 1 year of working experience specializing in Human Resource-Recruitment/Staffing or equivalent
Computer Skills, must be adept in MS Office applications, like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; 
Communication Skills; Attention to detail; Organizational Skills; Anaytical Skills; Quality Focus; Strategizing Ability ; Team building Skills; Basic counseling skills; interviewing skills
