Key accountabilities include:
Cascade and implementation of internal and global HR processes to the business units assigned to.
Support in enabling and facilitating HR processes / policy changes.
Proactively applying knowledge by functioning as expert in Human Resources processes and technologies.
Proactively market and deliver value-adding interventions pertaining to development, effectiveness and talent management
Ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies
Coordinating work to ensure best practices with all team members
Building relationships, transferring HR knowledge and achieving business goals
Interventions to optimize employee relations and conflict resolution when appropriate
Implementing and following all appropriate HR processes related to ensuring accurate data
Coach managers and help them to be effective leaders and coaches for their employees.
Provide guidance and support to resolve people issues and provide input into project activities related to HR management.

Qualifications
The contractual employee will be for a period of 5 months while regular employee is on maternity leave.
Mid Shift (3pm to 12mn)
WFH Set up and reports to office if needed
Solid experience with BPO background with 3+ years experience
Well versed with labor law and requirements
Can work with limited supervision
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
