Human Resources Junior Associate

Work you'll do
Manage the attendance records of staff members; encode attendance of outbound secondees, messengers, training participants, and ADB; upload instructions and attendance log sheets from receptionists; encode leave applications; download biometrics records; and consolidate timekeeping records from various sources.
Update staff members' work schedules and shifts.
Assist in the preparation of payroll data by submitting to Finance Requests for Payment (RFPs) for new hire; generating attendance reports; sending attendance reports to staff members for their confirmation; and finalizing attendance adjustments requested by staff members.
Perform other HR-related administrative duties that may be required from time to time.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, psychology, behavioral sciences, management, or similar fields is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Above-average skills in written and spoken English.
Keen attention to detail.
Strong administrative and organizational ability.
Well-developed presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals.
Ability to build relationships with students, professors, and other members of the academic community.
