What You'll Do
Provide support to HR team in managing the entire HR operations mostly but not limited to:
Recruitment
Talent/Performance Management
Time keeping
Database management
Assist in developing a long list of talents suited with the needs of the organization
Assist in managing the life cycle of recruitment process and candidate experience: sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, and job offering
Provide weekly status report on all recruiting activities to management;
Other ad hoc tasks
Who You Are
Graduating/Fresh-graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, BS Psychology, or other related courses
Has Impressive Interpersonal skills
Has Project and Data Management skills
Is detail-oriented
