QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in Human Resources or any related fields.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resource Experience.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Remarkable Leadership, and Organizational Development Skills.
Knowledgeable in Government regulations and DOLE Standards for Compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and any HRIS.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role of the HR Head is to make sure Human Relations Program of the company is implemented in compliance to company and governmental standards.
The HR Head shall be responsible to lead the HR Team of the Company which is essential for its function and people services. He or She shall also oversee and function the Human Resource services of HR Administration, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Onboarding, Employee Reward and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Corporate Discipline.
