- Process, facilitate and monitor loan applications, maternity and sickness reimbursements and pick-up the check in the absence of the Liaison Man
- Endorse to SSS & HMDF the loan and contribution diskettes and monitor the posting.
- Encoding of SSS and Pag-IBIG loans in the HRMS.
- Company coordinator to the government agencies: Philhealth
- File, maintain & safekeep records of employees' data and availment of benefits.
- Prepare or fill-out the Philhealth form and process the sickness benefits of employees and pick-up the check in the absence of the Liaison Man
- Monitor the posting of contribution.
- Attend to employees' queries, problems or concerns regarding BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG or Philhealth.
Preparation of the following:
- Daily head office OT authorization and check branch compliance.
- Monthly branch employees' payroll preparation.
- Monthly office supplies of the department every 1st week of the month.
- Yearly branch employees leave credits and conversion.
- Yearly branch employees (monthlies) 13th month.
- Yearly HRMD file folders.
- Some department's cash advances.
- Coordinate with MIS regarding HRMS and web console concerns.
- In-charge of the incoming and outgoing documents of the department.
- Regularly check/update 201 file/information records of employees.
- Act as assistant to the HRMD Manager and VP-HRMD.
- In-charge of their incoming and outgoing documents.
- Assist during general assembly and EGMPC/ALCGC activities.
- Perform other tasks as the need arises.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
