Responsibilities:
Develop and implement of HR strategies, procedures, policies & programs for assigned businesses and provide HR solutions in line with organization growth and strategies
Oversee a full spectrum of human resources functions including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, and Training & Development
Perform operations streamlining and service enhancement
Partner with line business heads / senior management to provide value added HR services
Manage for international assignments and ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
8 years or above working experience in HR generalist, preferably in MNCs and regional or international HR exposures
Strong knowledge and understanding of the local labour laws & practices
Well-organized, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and strategic thinking
Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Excellent command of written and spoken of English and Chinese (Good speaking and writing in Chinese is a Must)
