Job Description:Human Resource has a key role in the transition to a culture that aligns risks and rewards, attracts and develops talented individuals, fosters teamwork and partnership, and makes a positive contribution to the countries in which we operate. Your role provides professional, sound, timely advice and guidance to business leaders / managers on people-related matters that are consistent with the bank's policies and country-specific labor laws. It collaborate with other HR Process Heads within their function to design and deliver appropriate products and solutions to meet the needs of their assigned Division/Business Unit and actively promote and educate them on existing HR programs. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role.
