Talent Acquisition
Assists in the end-to-end Recruitment Process (Initial Interview, Test Administration, Endorsement to next level interviews)
Facilitates onboarding of the newly employees effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
Assists in obtaining/securing the proper Government issued Identification Numbers with SSS, BIR, Pagibig and Philhealth for new hires.
Assists in the enrollment/deletion of new/separated employees with the HMO and Group Life Insurance providers.
Processes requests for Company related benefits
Ensures timely and accurate payment of Government related contributions/loans with SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth
Coordinates with external/third party vendors and Gov't Institutions for any benefits concern
Talent and Organizational Development
Ensures that employees get the required seminars/training in relation to the licenses required in their respective roles.
Monitors the submission of the year-end appraisal of regular employees
Monitors the submission of the fifth month appraisal of probationary employees
Employee Relations
Assists in organizing employee events such as but not limited to:
Summer Outing
Sports Fest
Christmas Party
Corporate Social Responsibility (Outreach Program)
Communication
Employee Services
Registers newly hired employees to the Biometrics System for Timekeeping purposes.
Generates Monthly Time Record of employees for proper monitoring and filing of attendance related data (Leave balances, Overtime filing)
Maintains 201 files of the employees. Ensures and double checks accuracy and completeness of the documents.
Regulatory
Monitors and ensure the timely and proper filing of any employee movement in PSE Edge.
Responsible in filing and monitoring the regulatory licenses of New and Separated Employees.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any closely related field.
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years' experience in handling all facets of human resources.
Skill: Must have good written and oral communication skills, have strong analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft application and has good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: Knowledge in HR management, practices and procedures, labor code.
Personality: Must be able to work harmoniously with colleagues, must know how to observe and maintain confidentiality, can work in a fast-paced environment and hard-working.
