Position Overview:
As the Human Resource Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the organizational culture at Bigseed. This position is focused on enhancing the overall experience, fostering inclusivity, and contributing to the development and execution of initiatives that support our values.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance team engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well being.
Cultural Development: Act as a champion for our organizational culture, working to embed core values and principles into daily operations.
Team Relations: Provide guidance on team relations matters, fostering positive working relationships and resolving conflicts when necessary.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new members and manage offboarding processes with sensitivity and professionalism.
Recognition Programs: Develop and manage team recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.
Wellness Initiatives: Implement and promote wellness programs to support the physical and mental well-being of our team.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Policy Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least two years of experience in HR or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in organizational development or cultural transformation initiatives.
