Qualifications:
Graduate of BSBA- HRDM or BS Psychology
At least 1-year experience in Human Resource field
Has basic knowledge in Labor Laws and Mandatory Benefits (SSS, PHIC and Pag-ibig)
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Can handle manpower concern’s
Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly reporting to HR Manager
Conduct recruitment and selection process
Ensure 201 File, compensation and benefits are updated
Implementing and revising Job Descriptions and Manpower Salary
Time keeping in charge
Prepare Employee Contract and Personnel Action Notice
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Any other HR related jobs.
