HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
This role shall directly oversee all aspects of human resources, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, which involves direct control on the effective administration of all personnel policies and procedures of the company.
The candidate must possess the following:
Bachelor's degree related and relevant to the job
Minimum of 5-year HR Generalist experience
Minimum of 3 year-experience as HR Manager
Can develop training modules and conduct trainings
Knowledgeable in labor laws, formulation of company policies, programs and ISO 9000 implementation
Have an exposure in Business Social Compliance Audit
With strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning and facilitation skills
Excellent in both oral and written communication
With excellent leadership skills
