We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors and guests.
Create and modify documents such as manuals for guidelines, and necessary documents.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and fieldworks to government offices.
Maintain a hard copy and electronic filing system of company-related documents.
Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx/Airborne packages, mails, etc.
Coordinate and maintain records for office space, phones, company bills, and other company-related responsibilities.
Process monthly government fees, BIR matters.
Field work going to government office, banks, to pay monthly contributions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, or any related field.
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can work from home.
Can work in the office if needed.
