Job Role:
Promote compliance of employees to Company policies.
Prepare and issue notices to explain, decision and other labor relations related documents.
Conduct administrative hearings and manage cases pertaining to employe discipline and grievances.
Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters, internal announcements etc.)
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Should have at least three years of relevant experience in labor and employee relations
Should be familiar with Philippine Labor Code and with strong experience in handling labor cases.
Preferably with experience in employee/ internal communications
