JOB TITLE: Hub Project Manager (Maternity Cover)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Project manage the identified Hub projects by JML Lead and Optimization Lead of Manila Hub. This role is a fixed-term role to support the Hub Leads during a maternity cover. Project duration is 4 to 5 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
RTPM & EX Tech Projects
Service Now upgrades, comms, and training
JML Redesign implementation
UNA Updates
People Projects (Capability monitoring, people programs, newsletter)
Hub Training Plan Rollouts (A&A, LTO)
H2 engagement and people programs
H2 newsletter collation and release
SOP Documentation & Support
Governance structure (ownership, review period, audit)
Training Plan (Dedicated and Cross-Country support), Roll-out, and Assessment
UNA Knowledge Base Creation
Start Comp & Ben SOP
Early Careers Support
Governance meeting to countries
Video assessment and candidate rating
Service Now Clean-up and Support
Chase of Hub members on ageing tickets/suspended/cancelled + RCA
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of relevant experience in HR within a matrix organization
Advanced level in MS Office applications, specifically in using Excel (ability to perform macros, advanced formulas)
Experienced in HR systems and technical know-how
Resilience due to Multi country stakeholder demands
Leadership/ People Management experience in HR Shared Services organization, ideally from similar FMCG environment
Workday and Service Now applications user experience
Power BI, Visier application user/program experience
