JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop expertise on data governance and use of data in downstream processes to aid troubleshooting capability
Monitor work queues for new tickets
Coordination of issue resolution leveraging global support team to meet Service Level Agreements, escalation of issues as needed to subject matter experts as needed and undertakes handling of complaints and difficult calls
Provides on-the-job training for less experienced employees
Experienced in organizing, executing activities and policies for Philippine Payroll, Total Rewards and the Global Service Delivery Center of Expertise
Must be knowledgeable for disciplines like Compensation, Benefits, Mobility and HR Global Service Delivery (Payroll, Workforce/ Records admin., Reporting and HR Service Centers)
Ensures compliance with local laws and regulations (5%)
Initiates and lead special projects as assigned which maintain and improve customer service levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years equivalent work experience (compensation, benefits, payroll, or HRIS) preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
Strong knowledge of Philippine HR Policies & Procedures
Knowledgeable in HR systems (Workday; GWN; Prism HR; SAP, Salesforce or other HR Systems)
Advanced Excel skills in data manipulation (pivot tables, V-lookup, advance-filters - to perform audits, reconciliations, and complex calculations)
Data analysis and problem-solving skills
Detail orientation, systems and critical thinking
Project management, organization and prioritization skills
Ability grasp accounting, tax, finance and legal concepts
Strong customer service skills/client focus
English Communication skills
